*Terms and Conditions for privileges of AEON NextGen Digital Credit Card

The privileges are reserved for AEON NextGen Digital Credit Card customers (“Cardholders”) which card are issued by AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“The Company”).

  1. Get Cash Back 5% when spending at online shopping stores at least 500 Baht per sales slip (Please check the excluding transaction as indicated in item 7 )
  2. Customers will be eligible for cashback as stated in item 1 when accumulate spending of at least 500 baht per primary card account via the Scan To Pay channel within the same billing cycle.
  3. Cashback is limited to a maximum of 50 baht per transaction.
  4. The maximum cash back is 1,000 Baht/primary card/ billing cycle.
  5. This privilege is not transferable or convertible to cash or other privileges.
  6. The billing cycle of credit card accounts is on 11th day of current month until 10th day of next month.
  7. The Company will calculate the eligible amount from accumulated spending amounts of credit cards, excluding transaction from purchase via Scan To Pay, QR Code, Top-up or Transfer money via E-Wallet, P2P payment, Airline ticket and related expenses, Investment unit purchase/mutual funds, any merchant insurance category, public utility payment and/or auto bill payment, spending via easyBills, easyBills+ website or application, transaction from utility bills including electricity bills, water bills, and any service fees of National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT) and Telephone of Thailand Public Company Limited (TOT). (Metropolitan Electricity Authority, Provincial Electricity Authority, Metropolitan Waterworks Authority, Provincial Waterworks Authority, and any service fees of National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT) and Telephone of Thailand Public Company Limited (TOT/True/TT&T/CAT), installment, loan and hire purchase transaction, foreign currency exchange,  cash advance withdrawal, interest, credit usage fee, penalty, fee and taxes as well as cancelled and refunded transaction, payment which does not comply with terms and conditions, illegal transaction and vat refund shall be excluded when calculating the eligible amount.
  8. The cash back amount shall be displayed in the bill within two billing cycles. In case there are non-receive of cash back, card member shall contact The Company within 30 days from receipt of a bill and in case of any disputes regarding the calculation for cash back, card member shall contact the company within 90 days from receipt of cash back.
  9. The company reserves the rights to exempt points for any transactions.
  10. AEON NextGen Digital Credit Card holder must be in good standing with no delinquency of credit card and/or all types of loan of the Company until the date of transferring cash back to credit card’s account.
  11. The Company reserves the right to cancel revoke or charge back all or some of cash back benefit if the company found any fraud, actions that illegal laws or related regulators such Bank of Thailand (BOT) including claim for damages from cardholder.
  12. Please keep your receipt to verify eligibility. If there is no such evidence in case that the Company requests to investigate The Company reserves the right not to give cashback for this promotion.
  13. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and will notify on company website. If there is a dispute, the decision of company is considered final.
  14. Use when necessary and pay back full amount on time to avoid 16% interest rate per year.

  • A dedicated customer service center called AEON NextGen Digital Credit Card Customer Service Center, is available to assist the Cardholder as well as to provide information to AEON NextGen Digital Credit Card cardholders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by calling 02-665-0999 (AEON Platinum Card Service Center).
